Who would like to quote to write my program?

Basically, I've spent over 200 hours on this program and am still not complete. I have tried to learn as much as I can, and have followed the advice and help from the forum members with no luck.
I have searched the internet and various lists and groups, and all code examples are very simalar to the suggestions put forward here. Still, for some reson they will not work for me.
I will provide a schematic, and parts for you to build up a breadboard version to test out the program. I would like the program to be written for PBP 2.43 compatability so
I can pick it apart and figure out what you have done compared to me.
