PICDEM HPCExplorer

Hi
I have just bought a PICDEM HPCExplorer to try out the 18F8722.
After lots of problems configuring the system I can compile my code.
My problem now is I can not get the bootloader to work. I have tried pressing the MCLR and RB0 buttons as suggested in the data sheet but the bootloader does not cut in.
Any ideas?

PortlandJohn, I just loaded the bootloader from MicroCode Studio and away it it went. Use the 20Mhz. version.

I thought the PIC had the Bootloader already loaded into it.
or do I need to load it.
