How to used ICD of microcode studio

I make it but cannot connected!!!!!
Need somebody to advise about icd of of microcode studio or comment my procedure as below :
or somebody can share with PCB or bester circuit of ICD.I am first try...

1. I make some hard ware see picture
2. Program bootload on pic16f877a with hex code that provide by microcode "16F877A_20"
3. Open microcode studio program ,select MCU 16f877a , com1 and open file sample "Sort"
4. Complie ICD compile ( ctrl+F9), pic basic pro 2.45A
5. click microcode loader and press rest on board. cannot conect...
6. click boton Run and error info "microcdoe studio was unable to conect to PIC microcontroller executing code"

May be Tx and Rx are not connected correctly? See if the 2 is connected to 3 and 3 to 2.

In other words, Tx of the PC to Rx of the MAX232 and Rx of the PC to Tx of MAX232.
