Using ICD2 with Microcode Studio Plus

Is there a way to set the microchip ICD2 MPLAB ICD2 as the programmer in Microde Studio Plus? It is not a default in the programmers, I went to add one, and it prompts me for the executable file. I did not see a .exe in the ICD2 folder that looked like the right one.

Once set is there anything else I need to do to configure the bootloader to the correct device?

i guess ICD2 only enable when you run MPlab because it integrated onto the mplab ide. you can't find the exe file on the mplab suite

Talking with microengineering, you have to save the hex and import it into mplab. The other way is to run pb through mplab. I have gotten both to work.
