IR trasmitter using PIC 16F84 and NE555

Hi guys.
This is my first post on this form. How you can help me with my project.

I am going to create an IR trasmitter using PIC 16F84 and NE555. As protocol I am going to implement RC5.

I have connected in my circuit RB0 pin to pin 4 of NE555 in order to send command to remote TV.
I was wondering if there are asm library ready to use in order to generate the 14bits packet on
RB0.
