The solution is especial design for LED manufactures and large volume production electronic manufacture service. One of features is large PCB assembly size and high speed.
Why it said Economical LED production line? The whole equipments investment is less than 29000 dollars. What about its production? Monthly production is 12000—15000 pcs PCBs as 350*600mm.
Screen printer LED500, servo system is used and print adjustment/position even working table moving are driven by high precision line slideway; its max printing area is 1200mm. LED pick and place machine GP350, 2 double pick-place heads are on the machine, speed is 6500—8000cph; PCB size is option: 350*600/1200/150mm. It can mount 0603,0805,3528,5050 and others. Reflow oven AR600 is six heating zones, full hot air heat. Heating length is 2100mm. If software controlled is need, reflow oven AR600C with computer and software is available.
