I had a quick look at the datasheet and this seems pretty straight forward. I'm guessing you have a specialized application, since the device seems pretty inacurate for things like measuring room temperature. Anyway, I'm not sure what question you are asking. Are you looking for someone to design it for you? If so there are several of us willing to do so for a fee...
