Can anyone compile a C program for me?

Someone posted source code for a small C program on the internet, but I'm not familiar with C or what's necessary to compile it. If anyone is using a C compiler for Microchip and wants a small outside job, I have the xxx.c file and the pic12c509.h file. Please send a private message with your email and any fee necessary.
