Where to download 14bit version of Elapsed include file?

I looked at DT's site under DT_INTS-14 (Downloads) and only see one ZIP with 2 files:
- DT_INTS-14.bas
- ReEnterPBP.bas

But if I check out DT_INTS-18 (Downloads),
that has Elapsed-18.ZIP along with the other includes.

Any idea where I can find the 16F version?

Ok, I had found that one but was afraid that it was an obsolete download that may not work as advertised with DT Interrupts since it wasn't linked on your site.
