I need to price a contract Pic Basic Pro instructor for a 10 day class.

There is a government customer wishing to receive a 10 day PIC class in October using Pic Basic Pro. I could probably do the class on my own but I would like somebody that knows the ins and outs of PBP and PICs in general to back me up. There is a requirement for an additional EE to be on hand anyway so an EE background is also required so I can kill two birds with one stone.. I am sort of competent but need somebody that knows how to do some programming with interrupts, setting registers, and a few of the more advanced topics.
