Sorry for asking, but it is really +-10V? Normaly the industrial signals are 4-20mA or 0-10VQuote:

If you have 100% PWM you will get -10V, if you have 50% you will get 0V, and if you have 0%, you will get +10V
If you want try it, and post the results.
