I want to make temperature sensor with lcd toshiba T6961, 2x20 characters, but I don't now how i can make to work.. LCD is with 14 pins...
Can you help me? Please...

My friend give me a source for termometer with 16f628A and LCD 2x16 compatible with HD44780, but i don't have this lcd, i have lcd toshiba with 6961 controlers...
I want to change this code for this lcd...
So... i need some example for lcd...

It would probably be a lot easier to buy a $2.50 HD44780 compatible LCD module (perhaps from here http://www.halted.com/ccp25549-lcd-m...-bv3-22687.htm ). But this might get you started if you really want to:
