I am looking at a general 'bit bang' PIC solution for a PIC16F883 that has a number of communications standards.
Can anyone help?
I want to input/output RS232 / RS422 / RS485 / Wiegand from separate pins on a PIC16F883. Has anyone developed this before?
I would be using level-shifting chips between the PIC and the outside world too.
If anyone has done this type of 'bit banged' comms that could help.
