Tutorial really is pompuous ...
"send continuously @ 40/60 Hz 5v positive pulse during from 1 ( full travel to one side ) to 2 millisec ( full travel to the other side ) ..."
could be All to tell ...
of course ... linear response make 1.5 ms pulse ... the mid-travel position.
Do you have a particular application ???
