Need an engineer to design inverter

Hi:

I need an engineer or an engineering company to design a digital inverter for a new energy efficient lighting fixture.

The inverter should be compatible on 120V AC input, have dimming capabilities, be around 200mm by 20mm, and should be able to carry approximately 15-17 watt load.

The inverter should be able to be controlled by and get signals from a programmable micro-chip. We are currently designing that micro-chip, but need an engineer to design the inverter.

We also need to prototype the inverter. After getting the prototype, we will need a company for low-volume production, preferably a US company.
