16LF88 conditions

Hello,

Reading the PIC's 16LF88 datasheet, I can see some conditions.

Does it mean that this particular PIC will work only if an external osc is used?

You can use the intosc on them.

Hum... I read the section about the OSC configuration a few times already but this doesn't tells why conditions are stated for the LF model.
