Hello tumbleweed
About the resistor I used 2k for 1Mhz as for the AN989 even thought the test was done using an LC on that document.
It's not so easy to get the FC serie running from PBP3, so...
what chip what osc ?
a 16f18426 can do it @8mhz
a 18f27q43 can do it at any fosc
k42 family is a likely candidate too
Is it possible to have 50Hz PWM with any PIC?
I think Alain mentioned that CCP module could do that but have no clue how.

one thing i cannot master is taking a video of led displays that shows the true colours especially if the display is multiplexed
there is no error the camera does lie
at 512 pixels per...
In order to get 1MHz operation you'll likely have to reduce the SDA/SCL pullups to a lower value than you're typically used to.
The rise time of the open-drain signals will need to be faster than...
Hey Richard, just out of curiosity, is this written in PIC Basic? I’m guessing probably not. Either way, good job!
In the meantime, I’ve switched from Basic to C and to the RISC-V architecture. ...
Very impressive! That looks like many hours of work. Are you using the WS2812 LEDs?
rsocor01 - 14th January 2025, 20:13Great job Richard!
Now this is a big panel, isn't it!
Seems there is an error in the word DEMO. Looks like DEMC

Re: Low frequency Hardware PWM
I will not stick to specific PIC.
Ioannis Yesterday, 14:10Any one that can do it is OK with me. K42 is most likely the one.
Thanks Richard,
Ioannis
