I think this was always the case with the integrated ADCIN command of the PBP.
Then you can always mess with the registers if your are brave enough!

It's not a bug nor does it have any relationship to being a tight loop, the var=0 statement simply doesn't incorporate a clwdt instruction [quite correctly]. Any endless loop Consisting solely of...

Richard you are right. And as a plus to the Logic Analyzer you have a scope too!

Really?
Well, I will repeat the ESD thing again. Be carefull with the electrostatic charges. Be grounded at all times, no matter what you wear or what kind of floor mat is on...
Does it matter if it is a tight loop in PBP? If it was in assembly I could understand, but in Basic? Seems like a bug.

you can probably get a rigol 2ch dso with 16 logic channels for the same or less
richard Today, 07:21I'm sure their new offerings are as good (likely better) than the old series but their prices have skyrocketed.
It was $149 for the original LOGIC8, now the new LOGIC8 is >$500. Sure it's faster and...
Note to the next guy:
You don't need the register if there's only the ADC channel inside it (I keep the list only as documentation for the channel numbers).

Saleae Logic 8 now goes for $499 on Microchip Direct, but it can handle BOTH digital and analog inputs. :O

Re: SOLVED - PIC seems to RESET unless I add a PAUSE in Mainloop
Then what is the purpose of using a PBP compiler if it is not taking care of such cases?
Ioannis Today, 10:16I may want (and have needed in the past) very fast loops. It is the responsibility of the compiler to add...
