To be clear, I will NOT have the circuit powered when I'm programming. The PCB must be removed from the main board in order to be programmed (I use the same connector for operation and for...
Demon Today, 04:16Hello,
I've been working on a 18F46K80 and am at a point where I want to disable the EUSART receiver. I tried RCSTA1.7 = 0 and I get a compile error. I also tried RCSTA.7 = 0 and RCSTA = 0 with...
I hope you do not have many MPLABX version installed. Normaly they shouls co-exist but could also mess up things. Better be safe and uninstall all other version except 5.35 that works with the latest...
Ioannis Yesterday, 17:48Rookie mistake should have had INTIO67 not RC for the clock!!
Ahhh
Can only hope!!! I think it still has a market, just product is not being marketed and it's a difficult experience to get started with.... IE
Can't get my first code running...
Have given up...
i like to connect some critical or dangerous hardware to one of those pins, like the enable pin for the high power laser or the step input for the Z axis.
that way you really know when reprograming...
I connect the ICSP port on the PCB to the ICSP pins of the controller directly. The Pins in turn go to the rest of your circuitry via resistors so that you do not need programming jumpers to perform...
Jerson Yesterday, 02:54SMD's that many is impossible to do it manually in reasonable time and with no errors!
When production is low and you have through hole components, these are assembled by hand. And this costs......
Yes you can reuse them but you need to be careful as to what circuitry you hang off the pins.
Most ICSP programmers have 4.7K pull-down resistors on the PGC/PGD pins and assume the pins will idle...
