I am needing to drive 12 LEDs in a bargraph using the PCA9552D LED controller as seen here... http://www.nxp.com/acrobat_download/datasheets/PCA9552_5.pdf

Does anyone know how to do this in picbasic pro or have any examples to start the bargraph that I could work with?

Looks like a standard I2C control project to me.
I2C commands are described in the PBP book, I2C control information is described in that datasheet.
Put the 2 together...'nuff said...
Although I would think it would be a lot easier just to use a PIC with enough I/O to handle 12 LEDs.

That's all it is... ;) Thanks anyways.

A GREAT BIG THANKS to Jerson Fernandes, [email protected] for assisting me in this and MANY other coding projects. He has made many times over, a HUGE difference in my business and the software/hardware development aspects. I owe him MANY THANKS!! Anyone needing EXCELLENT coding work done should contact him. I believe he's a member here as well...
