Just dug out PBPro after several yearsabsence to flash a few Christmas lights. (I have version 2.32 so will shortly upgrade) Created a folder on my laptop named PBP and expanded all the files into it as per manual. Written the simple code for Blink and saved it in th pbp folder. Executed the command PBP blink and get the response Unable to open file c:\PBP|blink.bas
HELP ! I'm sure I'm doing something extremely dumb but can't for the life of me think what ? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi David,
Double-check that the file ends in .bas and not in .pbp or some other extension.

I've made that mistake a bunch of times.

You'll also want to include the chip type if not using a 16x84

pbp -p16f628 blink.bas (replace -p16f628 with your chip type)
