Urgent Requirment

Hi, this is a long shot, but worth a try.

I am in urgent need of a Siemens BTS425L1, Smart highside power switch in 3-pin TO-220AB package.

Or the equivalent: INFINEON VN540 HIGH SIDE SMART POWER SOLID STATE RELAY

I just need one, two would be fantastic.

Can any one can supply one, working, new or used?

3-pin??? 5-pin you mean...

The 425 is obsolete... but the BTS426L1 which replaced it isn't... RS has them... part number 354-5893. Same pinout, same voltage, same current, same power etc etc (at least that's according to my cross-reference book).

Er, yes 5 PIN!!

Yes i can get a replacement by Tuesday.

I was, dreaming, of finding someone that may have had one in and old shoebox, somewhere in Cambridge, on a Saturday afternoon!
