For those interested... since awhile i have EasyPIC4 and EasyDsPIC boards. Both are great products, pricing is really nice. So don't be afraid, be confident EasyPIC 5 will be a REAL nice tool for you. I even plan to get one myself... as soon as i can :o They improve flexibility and add the connector + driver for touchpanel GLCD.

Retail price is 129USD for the board only, a bit much if you buy the it which include LCD+GLCD etc etc

Hard question how much I'll accept, obvious answer is the most I can get :)
It cost me £85(UK) (including postage) PLUS import duties and vat (comes from Serbia which is NOT part of the EU)
Yes it comes with the BLUE LCD, And DS1620 but I didn't get the GLCD when I ordered it.

I think then you might be best just to put it on E-bay then, Means you want has much has you can get, Strange really you brought it for your partner and he has no interest in electronics :-))

England should not be a part of Europe, to the day ... I just received my easyPic5 two days ago, straight from Serbia ... no backordered peripheral nor ...

NO tax, NO vat ...

10 Days delivery, and a gentle mail from MkE asking me if everything was Ok ...

England IS part of Europe, but Serbia is NOT part of the EU, thats why I had to pay import duties and vat.
Although i would have prefered it if the postman had just delivered it without asking for the charges :)
