View Full Version : Need suggestions for noise suppression

I'm working on a fairly simple lighting controller operated from batteries and an FM Radio Control type receiver. I've got the code and circuit working but am getting a significant amount of radio noise induced from the circuit (pic below) into the receiver. I did some searching on this forum, mostly stuff I found is about reducing noise into the PICs, I'm trying to reduce the noise out. I've tried ferrite beads (large enough to coil the signal wires through several times) and those only helped a little but the noise is still significant. Without the circuit attached to the receiver, I am getting full normal range with no noise.

I'm using a 12F683 and the transistors are simple pnp type transistors. Any suggestions on noise suppression additions to this circuit or techniques to mitigate would be VERY much appreciated.
