I know this may at first seem off topic, but can someone tell me what SMT transistor will make a good substitute for a TO92 2N2222 ?
I need to use them with a PIC12F675.
Thanks and regards

Try FMMT491, FMMT493, FMMT619, FZT651 etc etc
You’ll probably find the DTC114E is a real cutie, with its integral Resistors you can connect it directly to the PIC’s pin.

I use often this BC817-16 in sot23 package. Depending of your need may i suggest you to use digikey web site. Simple and easy to find there. since you'll probably need an SOT-23 package try a search with NPN SOT-23 and see what is the most appropriate for your need.
