Installer software

I am looking for an installer to gather all the necessary files and pack them into one installer so the end PC user will install everything with just one or two clicks. I really do not want to give directions of the type "copy that.txt file from CD to c:\path_there".

If anyone is using something like this please advise me. Preferably cheap or ... free!
