dec number to show on lcd (maths)

I have the number (dec) 19307 , and i want to show on LCD 87,5
The number change up +1 or down -1 .
If the number change to 19308 i want to show 87,6

19309 > 87,7
19310 > 87,9
19311 > 87,9
19312 > 88,0
19313 > 88,1
etc.

I spend a few hours but nothing.
I can't solve this problem.
