How to combine picbasic ON interrupt and assembly interrupt? Thanks.

Does anyone know how to combine a Picbasic Pro "On Interrupt" routine with a predefined assembly interrupt? Thanks.

I am having trouble combing my "On Interrupt" codes with a ISR in assembly language even though both codes work correctly if they are separated. Thanks in advance.
