Hi all,
I am new to the pic, and have a question. Can a pic be used to host a USB interface to write to a USB key? If not, any suggestions for possible solutions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I am not sure if the PIC has come out with new devices having host interface. Currently the Viniculum chip is the most talked about host interface chip. I haven't used one as yet.

Thanks for the replies. I am going with the Vinculum VNC1L and the 16F88 Pic.
Thank You,

Note I just spoke to FTDI and their IC is only running at 500kbps. To copy a 512mb flash drive it would take you over 17 minutes.
