I have a PIC who's supply is 3 volts.Forgot to layout a way to jumper the supply,to supply 5V during ICSP(which all ICSP diagrams suggest).Would rather not cut my traces.Think it's okay to hit the PIC with my programmer ,while the in circuit PIC is wired to the 3 Volts?Only problem I see is a transition from 0 to 1 not resolved(maybe) and that if those transitions are 5 volts may be 'rude' at the 3 volts the PIC is running at.
