Which programmer software supports 16F690 with JDM hardware?

I read another forum that somebody using ICprog to program PIC16F690,
with a setting of: 16F874.
Both have 4k memory.
Is there anyone who tried this?

Do yourself a HUGE favour and buy a PicKit 2 you can't beat it for support or the amount of pic's it program's which is increasing all the time.if you think it cost's to much pay yourself $2.00 an hour then add up all the hour's youv'e been searching the net and screwing around trying too get these other programmers to "maybe" work!
I'LL even let you lie about the hour's you put in :)
