Hello, I am using PBP(latest version) and Microcode Studio Plus.
Got the ICD function working for the first time last night but had the following problems.....any suggestions ?

When the code reaches a Pause (was a Pause 100 in this case) or an ADCIN (ADCIN 0,b5) it stops in ICD and just sits there at the line. Could not seem to get it past those points.
The Pause line was before the ADCIN and if I deleted that Pause 100 it then progressed to the ADCIN and stopped there.

There may be other lines that stop ICD but those two above was as far as I got.

That part of the code appears to work OK when running normally.
Processor is a 16F876.
I am using a little adapter board with a MAX232 connected to COM1 on my laptop with the logic side connected to RB6 and RB7. That part is OK as the ICD would not run otherwise.

Any clues ??
More info from me needed ??
Any help appreciated.
Murray

Support at Mechanique solved my problem...trap for young player ... had one of the Tx Rx ports set in the wrong direction (was TRIS'ed as an o/p when it needs to be and i/p). Thought that compiling in ICD would take care of that...never assume !
Thanks and Regards.
