Using LCD 40 x 4 with Picbasic pro

Hi
I use a LCD 40 x 4 (HDM40416h) but I don't understand how I can interface the two LCD-Enable pin (one for 1-2 row and one for 3-4 row) with picbasic-pro.
I understand Picbasic pro work only with one Lcd-Enable pin.
Anyone can help me?
