i want to design a RC airplane and control it with PIC but i want to know is the motor of the RC a servo motor or some kind else?? and what is the best revoltion to get it up.

Try searching on Google. Many many examples out there showing how to control RC Servos from a PIC Basic Pro. Also check Robotics sites. They use PICs and servos extensively. There are some good books out there too.
You only have to look.

Are you talking about a motor for electric airplane propulsion?
(Electric motor for the screw propeller).

But I didn' try steam flying yet ... may be I'll try a "Chauve Souris" scale model one of these days ...
Back to the subject: The question shows There are many, many, many things to learn before soldering components ...
