I'm starting a project where i need to send an sms when a contact closes.
As i said i'm in the begginning so i need a little help to start.
Here's the ideia:
- i have an old 3210 nokia phone and i read that this phone doesn't support AT commands!?? I think it's easier with phones that supports AT commands.
My question it's it's worth loosing time to implement this project or it's difficult enough to "go way"??
Can we give some ideia / sites? or what i have to see in first place?

Note: sorry to put this thread here, but i read the others, and it seems very difficult to me to understand.

I've seen more carefully what all people wrote and i decided to change my approach... I'll not use any mobile phone. Instead a modem.
I've seen a modem "Q2400" from wavecom that supports AT commands, Text and PDU for sms and has a RS232 interface. I think that are the principal features... This modem costs 60€.
Do you know this modem?
