Read from pic?

This may be a stupid question as I have never had the need to do it but I have a programmed pic that I didn't copy protect and want to (possibly) see the code I used for it.

When you read a hex file (using mplab ipe), can you actually convert it back to pbp code to view?

I am not aware of any tool that can reverse a HEX code to a high level code. The minimum is possible HEX to ASM
