Piezo disc and best way to drive ?

The samples I've seen use SOUND and a simple cap in series with a piezo. ?

Has anyone used these piezo discs ? Work ok ?

It depends what you mean by ok. The shrouded ones are better, but these will sound like a Christmas card if you actually mount it on some card.
