Hai,

I'm unable to update icd2 drivers in windows8.1 64-bit laptop. can any one guide me how to overcome this problem

Windows 7 and beyond require the use of the ICD3 module and drivers. ICD2 is no longer supported. I had to buy an ICD3 to be able to use for burning. You could always use an PICKIT3 as it is supported by XP thru windows 8. I still use mine....
