I thinking of replacing a token machine with a RFID solution, but I don't know so much about the RFID technology yet so I hoping to get some ides here.
I want it to work something like this..... you program a RFID card whit a few control bytes and a number of "credits" and when you place the card in front of the RFID reader the number of credits will be read from the card and subtracted by 1 and then written back to the RFID card.
There is many different standards, MIFARE 1K, HITAG, HITAG 2, and so on, witch one will be a good choice for what I´m looking for?
I seen that some of the types only have about 10 000 write cycles and some up to 100 000 so i assume that I want one with a high number of write cycles?
Does anyone here know a good and reliable RFID writer/reader that is easy to use with the PBP language?
