See Smart Fan (http://people.ece.cornell.edu/land/courses/ece4760/FinalProjects/s2011/esp57_jmf293/esp57_jmf293/index.html.html) a human tracking rotating platform that supports a fan.

You may not require the fan however the tracking is cool.
