Straight RC ballcups

Hi, I'm looking for some RC ballcups like the purple things in this picture (http://www.abc-rc-shop.nl/images/TM115024B.jpg).

Normal RC ballcups have a hole at 90 degrees to the threaded end. I need ones that have a hole directly opposite the threaded end resulting in the ball stud and ballcup being colinear. I've spent ages searching Google but I can only find the standard ones.

1) Do such things exist?
2) If so, what are they called?
3) Can anyone recommend a good place to buy them (preferably in the UK)

How precise does it have to be?
How long does it have to last?
How much do you want to spend?

BTW all the examples I listed will last a very long time and have in automotive applications.

I'm not having much luck searching for tie-rod ends. They are all still 90 degrees.

The closest thing I can see is on the mcmaster.com link: Heavy Duty Inline Ball Joint Linkages (http://www.mcmaster.com/#ball-joint-linkages/=v3q54o). These are almost exactly what I'm after.

It needs to be fairly precise. The ones in the first picture I posted would be suitable if they weren't 90 degrees.
They will only get a few days use each year.
I'm hoping to find a set of 4 ball studs and cups for around £10 but I'll pay more if I need to.

They will be used to move the eyes in one of my Halloween props so they can't be any bigger than the normal ones used with servos. The eyes will give next to no resistance so they don't have to be too strong and won't wear too quick. I do need to be able to pop them apart though which is why I'm not using small Ujoints.

I was searching for "Servo Universal" on the premise that, if "ball" joints were not available, some other type might work. Several others available, if you'd rather look for yourself.
