Dear all,

Here i am attaching Nrel data recorded from below calculator. Now i wanted to determine Sun position .My location Is bangalore,INDIA. For relvent latitude and longitude i will get zenith and azimuth angle. My tracker structure will be placed in north south direction and axis of rotation of tracker is east to west.I have Sensor Which can measure tilt angle of tracker from +90 degree to -90 degree.

In morning 7AM my tilt angle of sensor will be -90 degree
in 12:30 PM tilt angle of sensor will be almost 0 degree
In evening 18 Pm tilt angle of sensor will be +90 degree

Here i attached picture of azimuth angle Direction . Where in North almost 0, when move toward east 90 degree if it in reverse -90 degree format.

Question:
1) How to determine Sun postion of tracker using below data.
2)what is formula to calculate sun elevation angle
3) how to convert elevation angle in format of + or -90 degree.

I need a 2-axis solar tracker design with lcd.

You won't be doing any of the Astronomy with PBP.
They usually receive feedback for the Sun's position with sensors.
That much is possible by comparing at least a pair of sensors
with a flat divider between them to cast a shadow on one sensor.
