Somewhere between MPASM v4.02 and v5.46, the Brown Out settings changed for the 18F4550.
From this:
_BORV_46_2L ; 4.6V
_BORV_43_2L ; 4.3V
_BORV_28_2L ; 2.8V
_BORV_21_2L ; 2.1V
to this:
_BORV_0_2L EQU H'E7' ; Maximum setting
_BORV_1_2L EQU H'EF' ;
_BORV_2_2L EQU H'F7' ;
_BORV_3_2L EQU H'FF' ; Minimum setting
I'm not ready to assume it's a direct conversion (you never know). How do we know what the voltage settings are now?
These are MPASM settings, it's not something we'll find in the PIC datasheet.
