Buying pre-programmed PICs

Microchip will program your hex file into PICs at purchase. Has anyone used this service? Do you know if they have any MOQ for the service?

Prices start at $60 to program 1 chip, plus the cost of the chip.

But you can get up to 300 programmed for the same price, because it's a minimum price, instead of a minimum quantity.
After that, they are $0.20 each for however many you want.
