I am wanting to be able to read this chip and flash another identical chip with the read I got from the original. Is there a way I can do this with a cheap Do it your self programmer that I can pick up some parts from Radio Shack here in the states? Thank you in advance for your help.

You are in the wrong place. This forum is for parts from Microchip.
And we do not help people trying to take code that is not theirs to take.

sorry I wasn't thinking about the rest of the code. I was thinking It would be easier to read 1 then write the rest. I have the 8 bit sounds I guess I need to know how to program the sounds in it directly. Sorry I wasn't sure were to post this. My intention isn't to steal code though.

I may have jumped the gun implying..
Still, the programmer devices we use for Microchips will not work with the part you are using. Sorry.
