Hi all,
I am doing a project on X10 Home Automation. I have gone through the AN236 (http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/appnotes/00236b.pdf) given by Microchip. I've tried implementing one transceiver, it works. But, on 1 transceiver, i'm receiving whatever signal transmitted by myself.

Therefore, i am trying to communicate 2 transceivers. Transceiver A will transmit, and transceiver B will receive. However, i'm not getting the expected result :(. The figure below shows how i connect the transceivers.

5468

Am i correct with this?

Thanks for the help.:)

It's not clear from your diagram exactly what you are doing.

Are both transceivers based on AN236? If so, both should connect directly to 120VAC.

More details would help. What are you transmitting? What are you receiving?
