hello maybe someone can help me here. i bought a new fluke 123 scope from ebay
it looks brand new
but when i open the scope menu it says the version is 1.08 which i think is the old very old version.
also it says battery refresh date june 1995
and the caliration date was june 2001
can this be a new scope
