Hello, I am new to PICs and I am sorry if this question is already answered somewhere else.
I have been trying to find a diagram of connecting a pic pin to the serial port and have not been having much luck. Can you connect the output of the pin directly to the Rx of the serial port and the input to the Tx? Or should I be using a resistor or diode? Thanks very much for any help.
