On Feb 2nd Mikro Electronika released their beta versions of it's PIC32 compiler. It is available in basic, C and pascal. See http://www.pic32compilers.com/blogs/view/pic32-beta-compilers-have-arrived#nav for more details. I can't really find many details about it, but they do have 64 bit integers.
