PIC BAISC API to connect with .NET or Java

I am new PIC Basic and not even seen and started a simple program..

The requirement is to convert the Character based Green Screens to GUI.
Could you please let me know whether PIC BAISC will provide any API to connect with .NET or JAVA. If yes please provide the details.
